Purchase of precious metals per post

You simply send us smaller quantities of precious metals in a package with a precious metal dispatch note. The packages can be delivered to us via the post or using other parcel services.
Trained employees determine the value immediately upon receiving the material and inform you of it. Should you not be satisfied with our purchase price, contrary to expectation, we will return your valuables uncomplicatedly and safely.

Procedure for the safe dispatch of your precious metals

• Precious metal dispatch note
  Fill out a precious metal dispatch note, print this twice with the values known to you and sign them. One precious metal dispatch note is for your documentation, please put the other one into the package.

• Packaging precious metals
  Pack your precious metals carefully into little packets or air cushioned bags. Then enclose one of the signed precious metal dispatch note. Wrap sharp-edged items additionally with kitchen roll and sellotape.

• Sending precious metals
  The packaged precious metals can be sent by recorded delivery by post or using other parcel services. The address is:

• Determination of value of precious metals
  We will determine the value of your precious metal upon receipt and will contact you as quickly as possible. With your consent for sale we will initiate the payment of the purchase value according to the desired method of payment.
